Exchange, Return & Cancellation Policy

Important Note:
Our reflective sheets are designed to provide a mirror-like finish. However, slight variations in color tone, brightness, or reflection may occur due to lighting conditions, surface placement, and manufacturing batches. Minor changes such as light wrinkles or soft lines may also appear if not installed on a perfectly flat surface. These are natural characteristics of the material, and therefore, returns or exchanges will not be accepted for such reasons.

In case of damaged products received:
We ensure careful packing of all orders to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, since the material is delicate and reflective, minor handling issues during shipping may occur.

If you receive a damaged product, please record a continuous unboxing video (without any cuts or pauses) and share it with us within 3 days of delivery.
After reviewing the video, if the damage is found to be significant, we will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

In case of returns or exchanges:
We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.

Please note:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• It should be returned with original packaging
• Return or exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer
• Custom-cut or made-to-size orders are not eligible for return or exchange

In case of refunds:
If a refund is approved, only the product amount will be refunded. Any shipping charges (paid by either side) will not be included in the refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as processing begins immediately.
